At Smart Stick Technologies Ltd., we strive to get your Smart Stick to you quickly and reliably. All orders are processed and shipped from our Nevada facility.
Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Delivery Time

We guarantee delivery within 10 business days of your order shipping date.

If your package does not arrive within this timeframe, contact us for a full refund or reshipment.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Missing, Damaged, or Lost Packages
If your order arrives incomplete, damaged, or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier and make it right—either by reshipping your items or issuing a full refund.
Address Changes & Cancellations
You may update your shipping address or cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our support team. After that, your order enters processing and cannot be modified.
