Eligibility

You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

The Smart Stick must be returned to us in its original packaging and in working condition.
How to Return

Ship the Smart Stick to our return address (below) using a trackable shipping method.

Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll issue your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items

Opened software or digital downloads.

Used or damaged products (unless defective upon arrival).

Products not purchased directly from Smart Stick Technologies Ltd.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your Smart Stick arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund at your choice.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please return the original and place a new order.
