We stand behind the Smart Stick with a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ll make it right.

Eligibility

  • You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • The Smart Stick must be returned to us in its original packaging and in working condition.

How to Return

  1. Contact our support team at help@smartsticksuite.com to initiate your return.

  2. Ship the Smart Stick to our return address (below) using a trackable shipping method.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll issue your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened software or digital downloads.

  • Used or damaged products (unless defective upon arrival).

  • Products not purchased directly from Smart Stick Technologies Ltd.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your Smart Stick arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund at your choice.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please return the original and place a new order.
